Tammy Jane and Joy Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Route shipping protection is included with all purchases. If you remove this from your cart before checking out, you acknowledge that there is no protection for your order.
Digital downloads are for personal use only. Do not alter, share, or resell any images from Tammy Jane and Joy Designs without permission.
Handmade items - our items will vary in minor details, especially items that are hand dyed, bleach distressed or paint splattered.
We do not accept outside items to be customized. Items need to be brand new and I need to be aware of the material makeup of each item before customizing. You providing shirts/cups etc does not save money, we do not offer large discounts for blanks provided because we already purchase them at wholesale pricing. The cost of your item is for the customization and our time/skillset.
If you are unsure of sizes, please reach out or request a size chart. We will do our best to make sure you get the perfect fit.
TAT is stated on the website and in the Facebook group and does NOT include holidays or weekends. Current TAT is 7-10 business days. Most items ship much faster than that.
Pre-orders will have at least a 10-14 day TAT with hopes of fulfilling orders faster.
If the item you are ordering has a different TAT, you are agreeing to that time frame when you place your order! Please read the full description before completing your order.

Custom Designs require a design fee of $25. This will be credited off of your invoice when you approve your designs and place your order. If you do not make a purchase, this design fee is non-refundable.
